I think we can all agree that time is a thief. Life moves too fast and kids grow up in what seams like the blink of an eye. It’s time to take a moment and slow down, especially during the holiday season. Fall is a beautiful time and the perfect season to book a session and get your family photos taken! The stunning fall colors, the leaves falling, the cooler weather, the cozy sweaters you get to wear, its the BEST time!! Keep on reading to see my top 5 reasons to do family photos in the fall!
During the fall the sun sets earlier. This means you can get your whole family ready for a photoshoot and still be back in time for dinner and bedtime!! No more messing up routines around here! During the spring and summer the sunset is usually after your little one’s bedtime, which can increase their chance of meltdown by 99% : ) If you miss scheduling a session in the fall, winter is still a good option! Here in Texas, the weather isn’t too chilly.
If you’re looking for that extra oomph of gorgeousness, then book your family session for the fall! All the leaves will have started to change and the beautiful vibrant fall colors will make for a stunning backdrop. You can’t go wrong with fall scenery and I highly recommend booking for session in the fall for this exact reason!
Now over here in Texas it doesn’t get too cold, but during the fall the humidity is much lower! It’s a good idea to take advantage of this and book those fall sessions. Let’s stay away from those sweat stains and sunburns!
No more last minute stressing about getting a photo for holiday cards because you will already have a fall family photoshoot ready to go! You will receive the perfect photos to use on holiday cards and to gift to grandparents on Christmas.
There are so many reasons why I think you should get family phots capture in the fall, but if you only take one thing away from this blog I hope it’s this reason. Kids grow up way too fast! It’s easy to get distracted with the hustle and bustle of life, but it’s important to slow down for a moment and capture your family exactly where they’re at. You will definitely want to remember them at this age and when they are older they will absolutely love looking back at the photos of them.
I one of these reasons stuck out to you and you’re ready to book a fall family session! If you’re ready to schedule photos now, reach out to me here, and let’s chat. For more session inspiration, click here.
