Don’t worry! I’m known for adapting swiftly to last-minute changes and making backup plans feel even better than the original. I’ll effortlessly adjust with your planner or venue coordinator’s bad weather plan, and you won’t have to lift a finger! As for portraits, we’ll find beautiful indoor spaces at your venue, and then I’ll keep an eye on the radar so we can plan to pop outside during breaks in the rain. Or if you’re more of a “dance through the storm” type, let’s capture those romantic The Notebook-esque moments!
WHAT IF THIS WILL BE YOUR FIRST TIME AT MY VENUE?
While I’ve only been a Texas local since 2021, I’ve definitely used my time wisely. It may shock you just how many venues I’ve already photographed or toured! But if your venue is new to me, I’ll schedule a walkthrough with the venue manager or coordinator before your day. This allows me time to find all the best photo spots (especially ones that are less obvious!) and learn the specific rules of the space.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY HOURS TO BOOK?
I think every couple wonders this, so you’re not alone or less informed than anyone else. That’s why I use all my experience and expertise to guide you in the right direction! After learning your vision for the day, how many venues we’ll be traveling between, and what you hope to prioritize in your gallery, I can make a recommendation. I’ll explain the reasoning, and then, as with every aspect of your day, the final decision is all yours!
WILL YOU TRAVEL TO DOCUMENT MY DAY?
I’d absolutely love to bring my Texas Hill Country wedding photography experience to your hometown! I include up to an hour and a half of travel time in every collection I offer, but I’m always up to branch out. If you’d like to invite me to another state or country, share your ceremony location in the inquiry form, and I’ll share a custom travel estimate with you in your proposal.
HOW WILL YOU GUARANTEE MY IMAGES ARE KEPT SAFE?
We’ve all heard the lost wedding photo horror stories—they make my stomach drop! I can’t imagine anything worse than losing my couples’ wedding photos, so I’ve taken extreme measures to ensure it never happens! I bring multiple camera bodies and lenses to every wedding day in case one breaks, and each camera body has multiple camera card slots in case one is corrupted. I’m taking no chances! Then, the minute I arrive home, I backup your images in multiple locations and guarantee to safely store them for a whole year!

This will vary based on situations such as, ceremony length, whether you have multiple venues (travel time), and what you want covered.
However, a typical wedding day where everything takes place in one location and there is a 30 minute ceremony, with full reception coverage that lasts 4 hours; 9 hours is the best length of time.
You are always welcome to add hours to your wedding day coverage as plans become more finalized.
How much coverage do I need?
Yes your images will be backed up in multiple ways, I've never had a mishap and I don't plan to!
I photograph your wedding with two cameras and multiple lenses. Each camera is also equipped with two card slots which means your images will be duplicated.
Once I arrive home, your images will be downloaded and backed up on hard drives in multiple ways to ensure your images are preserved for the length time agreed upon in your contract.
Although I go through great lengths to backup your images, I encourage couples to backup their own images as the contract includes a 1 year gaurantee.
Are my pictures safe?
To book your date, the first step is to fill out the contact form so that I can gather some more intel on your wedding wants and plans.
I will review your info and send you a personal page with my pricing and a special collection customized just for you.
Once you review the pricing, you have the option to set up a call to ask me more questions or to share more info to further tailor your collection.
Once you decide you would like to officially book, you can let me know and I'll send the contract/wedding deposit invoice to officially lock in your date!
